The Tightest Pants in MLB

Alfonso Soriano, Wrigley Field, Chicago

You heard it here. Soriano, left field, from the bleacher seats. Kate and I both agree, he’s got the tightest pants ever. The thing I didn’t realize about Soriano is the level of interaction he has with the fans in the bleachers. He turns around a lot and acknowledges them and makes hand signals and throws a lot of balls into the stands. Makes up for that ball he dropped right in front of us. Oh, and some other good plays and the home run he made also make up for that. Cubs beat the Rockies 5-3 and swept them in the series. It was also their first undefeated homestand of at least seven games since 1970.

Thanks to Paul Baker and Kate for inviting me to the game. It was a great way to get the Summer of Rachelle started off on the right foot.
