Blue Line Between Damen & Western, Bucktown, Chicago
A couple photos I took of the El along Milwaukee Avenue, north of the North/Damen/Milwaukee intersection. The second view isn’t going to be around for much longer because the lot in front of it has a public notice posted saying they’re going to build a 4 story, 7 dwelling unit with commercial space and a rear yard.

Some day all these old school furniture stores on Milwaukee Avenue are going to be overrun with new stores and restaurants.

These murals are on Milwaukee Ave. at Wabansia – across from Blockbuster. Does anyone know who the artist is? I’m having trouble finding out more information on them.
