Last night was bitter sweet. I had a great time with all of my friends at Croxley’s but was sad to think about it being the last time I’d see some of them for a long time. It was fun to get together my friends, coworkers, ex-coworkers, and online friends and watch them interact with each other. Thanks everyone, for everything. I will miss you all so much. In September 2001, just after the WTC attacks, I moved to NYC and it stole my heart. I will always have a soft spot there for the city and each of you helped to make it a great place and a great experience for me.

Last night we celebrated Jessica’s 28th birthday at Croxley’s Ale House. This summer has been a bit crazy so it was good to be able to get so many friends together in one place. I hope everyone had a great time!

Last night we saw David Ford play with his new band Moodshaker at the C-Note. The last time I saw Dave he did an acoustic set at the Bitter End. It was interesting to see him perform with a band behind him. My favorite of the night was a recently written song called Suicide that the band was unsure if they were ready to perform. It sounded great, guys!

Straight out of the studio with a CD of new songs, David Ford kicked off his summer club tour with a gig at The Bitter End. The last time Dave was at The Bitter End he was with Corby Hawks. Tonight he kicked it acoustic and solo. Great job, Dave! Look forward to more shows this summer!
