Prairie Pure Butterkase Cheese

October 7th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I bought this cheese on one of my trips to the farmers market over the summer. When they say it’s buttery and melts well, they are not kidding! It was delicious. Actually, Stephanie loved snacking on it when she visited us in August. I liked buying from a local IL dairy too – Prairie Pure Cheese. Steph: “I could learn all of the languages in the world and then when I met someone they would never know what language I was born speaking!”
Me: “Yeh, you could learn Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Portuguese, ”
Steph: “PORK CHEESE? What language is that!??!”
