So, we come into work today and the glass wall by the elevators is completely shattered with shards of glass everywhere. It’s pretty gnarly. Rumor is that some people from the HBO show Oz were having a party on the 12th floor. A fight started and somehow spilled onto our floor. The glass wall was broken. Crazy. I wish I knew more details.
[Update: Chuck burst our bubble by telling us that he was in this weekend and the glass was broken before the Oz party started. A complaint was filed with the police, they're investigating. Maybe another break-in.]
[Update Tuesday, July 16, 2002: 9:40 a.m.: Last night as Chuck walked through the glass door in the other glass wall, the whole thing just shattered and fell. Very suspicious! Now we've got two walls of plywood and no security on this floor.]
