Josh and Tweeny, whose wedding we just went to, are moving from Boston to Santa Monica. Last night they stopped over in Chicago and we went to the Chicago Bulls vs. Washington Wizards playoff game at the United Center. Having both grown up in the DC area, Josh and Tweeny are big Wizards fans, so it made it more interesting to watch the game. But this being only the second basketball game I’ve been to, and being that it was the playoffs.. it was pretty exciting anyway. The Bulls beat the Wizards 113-103. I think someone owes me some free website hosting! haha

I never was a fan of it.. and I usually only watch pro basketball when it’s the playoffs. Still, it was nice to sit and have a beer after a long day. Later on we did some betting on the Antique’s Roadshow. This could probably be turned into a great drinking game too. After that it was off to Toons where we met up with even more friends to drink, eat and play cards long into the night.

I drew this picture of Yao Ming, Tien & I on one of the noisemakers they were giving to celebrate Chinese Night at the NJ Nets/Houston Rockets game tonight. I’m saying “Yo!”, Yao is saying “Yao!” and Tien is saying “Mao!” This was my first basketball game ever and also my first trip to Continental Airlines Arena.

Taxi TV features a touch-screen where you can pick what you want to watch and also scroll through such things as news headlines and featured restaurants. It’s basically all advertising. Just what I want to be subjected to while riding around in a cab.
