From last month. I have a thing for yellow leaves.

I love walking at Palmer Square. There’s always a lot of people out running, walking, playing with their dogs and kids, playing ball. It’s so vibrant. On this early autumn evening, so beautiful. And the smell of early fall…. my favorite! So lucky to have these 7 green acres so close by. More from Palmer Square.

Roscoe Village, Chicago
I was walking to the train on Saturday. It was a sunny autumn day, it smelled great outside, I was on my way to a fun party, and I was listening to Beyonce. In great spirits. I decided to take a photo of these big leaves that are in our neighborhood. They amaze me, even though I took photos of them back in 2006 too. Plus, aren’t these the cutest shoes ever?
Re: Beyonce. The song I’ve been listening to on repeat for days (and singing in my head when I’m not actually listening to it) is “Single Ladies.” I heard the video was crazy, but just watched it a few minutes ago. I think B has double jointed hips or something!
