Yesterday I arrived at my doctors appointment about 10 minutes early so I crossed the street and took these photos at the Art Institute and Millennium Park. The last photo was taken out of the window of the waiting room. Compare it with the photo I took out of the same window over the summer.

A few more photos from the Art Institute of Chicago. The special exhibit currently on display is Seurat and the Making of “La Grande Jatte” and it’s really excellent. Especially if you take your friend’s mom’s family pass and get in for free! I really had no idea how much work Seurat put into creating Sunday at La Grande Jatte and how much prep work he did. Go see it, it’s on exhibit until Sept. 19.
