This is the second in the series. I liked it. I noticed that on the HBO show, The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency, they changed a few things from the books. Also, each episode is like a whole book. I keep thinking I should let the shows queue up on our DVR but not watch them til I’ve read more books. Then again, with the changes, it’s not like the show is completely giving the books away.

Like I said earlier, I started watching the No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency on HBO when Jen said she was excited for it and that the books were good. I’ve enjoyed the show. I decided to pick up the first book in the series and I liked it too. The only thing is if you’re watching the show at the same time there are a lot of spoilers in the show. But I still enjoyed the book.
This year I’ve only been keeping a very limited number of the books that I read. I have my books area and I’m not expanding. So, I’ve been mailing books to people when I finish them (yay, media rate!). If anyone wants to read this book, let me know. I have to go to the post office next week anyway.
