How long has Revolution Brewing been open? Three years? And how many times have we been there? A million? I FINALLY tried dessert: Chocolate Chunk Bread Pudding (made with a touch of Eugene Porter and rich caramel sauce). I don’t know why I waited so long. It was SO good!
Oh. Also. I don’t eat the pizza very often, but I really liked this Fig & Pancetta pizza I had not too long ago (fig and goat cheese puree, house-cured pancetta, oyster mushroom, garlic ricotta, tarragon).
