One night I was shopping at Mariano’s on Western and Roscoe and when I was done it was pretty late and I was staaaarrrving. I noticed this place, Meatheads, across the parking lot and decided to give it a try. I had no idea what it was when I went in, but it’s a burger joint. They serve all natural burgers, made to order. The use Midwestern Angus chuck without any fillers or additives or scraps. It was pretty fast, but more of an order at the counter then sit down and get your food kind of place. I actually got it to go. I thought it was a pretty decent burger, not that I eat burgers very often.
Meatheads has a bunch of locations around Illinois, but the Roscoe Village restaurant is the only one in Chicago.
