I thought this Gothic suspense story was pretty good. Not the best thing I ever read in my whole life, but definitely not the worst. Kept me sucked and and reading. Also, it helped that I read it on my Kindle because there were a ton of words that I had to look up (by touching the word on the Kindle, the definition appears). Here are a few examples I bookmarked: dodecahedron, parterres, phantasmagoria, mackintoshes. If you like reading and you like gardening (and if you like big words) you might especially like this book.
