Me gusta!

One day we were laying on the beach and I needed to get up and walk around. Dallas and I were both hungry so we decided to walk into town, down Avenida Hidalgo, to find somewhere to eat lunch. I had no idea what I wanted, but Dallas started complaining about the walking and I was tired, so we just walked into whatever we happened to be standing in front of at the time. It was Rolandi’s Pizzeria. We lucked out! They had an awesome wood-fire oven where they cooked up some garlic puff bread (free with every order), my margherita pizza and probably Dallas’s chicken. Everything was great. Dallas’s chicken was very simple, but so flavorful.

One thing I maybe wouldn’t recommend is the lemonade? Maybe? I had an upset stomach later on that night and that’s the only thing I could blame it on. Who knows what kind of water they use in there.. and at every other place I ordered only bottled or canned beverages, not counting mixed drinks, where the ice is totally fine. Otherwise we really liked Rolandi’s.

Also, I wish I could click “me gusta” on Facebook instead of “like” !
