RB – I read this one too. Had the same thoughts. A lot was like “duh” no kidding.
I’m not a binge eater whose doctor told her she was going to die if she didn’t knock it off and start exercising more, which I already do, so that alarmist stuff was too much for me.. but the rest was insightful.
