I bought this as part of my dad’s birthday gift earlier this year. He enjoyed the book and gave it to me to read. I thought it was really interesting both from the historical aspect of coffee in Hawaii and also because I didn’t know too much about how coffee is grown and harvested and prepared for consumption. Very thorough “coffee 101″ read.
