I’m not sure exactly what the mural on the Chase Bank on Milwaukee Avenue is, but it seems to have a lot of Mexican themes, which would make sense with the history of the neighborhood.

The history of the neighborhood is more Puerto Rican than Mexican. Perhaps this reflects more the artist’s background or the organization that was behind the painting.
