I’ve enjoyed Mimi Smartypant’s blog for about 6 years now. She lives in Chicago and has really witty and insightful, quirky observations about the city and life, in general. This book is much the same as her blog, but covers a time period before I started reading her blog. The book is broken up chronologically, by day, and has very short entries that vary from a half page to just a few pages in length. It’s best read in short spurts. I picked it up while reading Switching Time, which was a rather heavy book, so reading it helped lighten me up a bit.
