Homemade Korean Dinners

At the end of June and the beginning of July Dallas’s mom stayed with us for several days. She made us dinner many nights when we came home from work. Here are a couple of them. We had grilled kalbi ribs one night. Another couple nights we had different versions of saimin noodle soups. When we had this, we’d put the noodles in the bowl, pour in the broth, and then put in any additions. I think they were different each day, but I can’t remember exactly. Here we had beef, cucumbers, and bok choy.
