Something was bugging me about this photo but I didn't know what... I think I figured it out. 1. This is only about a block from our house and they have recycle bins (blue) and we don't. 2. The bins are in front of their house. Usually in Chicago your trash and recycle bins are behind your house in the ally. The garbage trucks drive down the ally and gather the garbage. I wonder if there is no ally behind these houses. I'll have to look closer next time I'm over there. It is still snowing right now.
