A Simple Plan by Scott Smith

I read “The Ruins” by Scott Smith earlier this year. Hixx told me about this other book he wrote, “A Simple Plan,” and Nancy gave it to me for my birthday. I thought it was ok. Not my favorite, but a definite page turner. Basically, people will do bad, bad things for money. And the plan is not so simple. :)

Yah. I loved A Simple Plan. I love that it was 100% plot driven. Each thing led so beautifully to each thing.

I love that whole idea of one plan that just leads to so much destruction. And it seemed so realistic, like thats what would happen if me and my pregnant wife and halwitted brother found a bunch of money in the woods…

Get the movie too, good rental.

I was reading the book and Dallas asked if it was the same as the movie.. which I didn’t realize existed. Goign to have to add it to my Netflix.
