I bought this cheese on one of my trips to the farmers market over the summer. When they say it’s buttery and melts well, they are not kidding! It was delicious. Actually, Stephanie loved snacking on it when she visited us in August. I liked buying from a local IL dairy too - Prairie Pure Cheese. I have also tried their sharp cheddar and it is good as well, but I think the butterkase has a more unique taste.
