I took these photos of a vacant storefront on Roscoe Street back in August. It was right before Retro on Roscoe, as you can see from the big poster in the window. I can’t remember why, at the time, I was so enamored with the building. Was it the old rusted salon sign? Or The Notebook movie poster used as curtains?

Why don’t you rent the store? That could be a nice restaurant wifi internet cafe food court….of you own…
