Saw this salamander at my parent’s house in Waupaca when I was walking their dog, Benjy. I showed it to the dog and he didn’t even care. I couldn’t decide if it was cute or gross. Kind of cute, but I touched it and it was pretty slimy.. gross.

we have lots of them around here. Some get quite large too!

I found one in our front flower bed when we were multching a couple years ago, but it was more brown colored and about 8 inches long.
