Fat-Free Greek Yogurt With Fresh Berries

September 23rd, 2008 · 3 Comments

I’ve eaten a combination of Fage plain fat-free Greek yogurt (Oikos Organic sometimes, but always Greek) with one Splenda packet and fresh berries every day for more than two years. Sometimes I stir in frozen berries if I don’t have fresh on had, but I for sure prefer fresh berries. Once in a while I’ll skip the Splenda and berries and do a couple tablespoons of honey and a few nuts, but almost always fresh fruit is preferred.

My wife mixes ranch dip mix w/ Fage and the result is a fat-free dip that you can shovel into your mouth for an entire football game and not feel guilty. It’s so good!

Fage is so good! I’m a honey and raspberry “stir in” kind of girl. Love this bright and bold close-up. I wish I had a big dish right now.

@sean - you mean that powdered ranch dip stuff? hm. i will have to try that out.

@erin - i’ve never done honey with berries.. just honey with nuts. will have to try that out. would be more natural than the splenda packet!
