On Wednesday Stephanie and I ran some morning errands, grilled corn and zucchini for lunch and then were finally able to go to the pool. We were at “open swim” until 3:45 p.m. and then had to get out for an hour of “parents and tots swim.” We used that time to go and get ice cream and then went back to the pool for “family swim” from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. For dinner I had a buy one get one free pizza coupon at Robey’s so we tried one pie with just pepperoni and the other with roasted portobello, sweet basil pesto, roasted garlic, and mozzarella. Delicious, as always.
