A few more random photos I have from our Cape Cod vacation.
This was our rental house in South Yarmouth. It had two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with bunk beds and a loft with two twin beds. There was a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, living room and full kitchen. The screened-in porch had a dining room table with seating for six and some wicker furniture for a separate seating area. Outside there was also a table and chairs for eating. The backyard was fenced in and had a hammock, fire pit, clothes line, grill, and outdoor shower. Oh, and there was central air, a flat-screen tv, and lots of games. Basically, there was nothing that we could think of that we wished we’d had.
This spurred a lot of conversation about how to pronounce h-a-m-m-o-c-k.
Walking home from the beach each day we’d call dibs on who got to use the outside shower. It was pretty awesome. I can honestly say that this was the only time I felt the need to wear sunglasses while showering.
This piece of “art” was in my bedroom but I had to move it because I constantly had the Phil Collins song in my head.
We went to this liquor store almost every day. The employees were really nice there.
One general beach observation: Sunscreen lotion is a thing of the past. Everyone is using the sprays these days.
