Rainy Day on the Cape

Cuffy’s, West Dennis, Cape Cod

It rained all day yesterday so we just took our time in the morning getting ready and then did some shopping. We went to Cuffy’s and Christmas Tree Shops. For lunch we went to Skippy’s Pier 1. The food there was only o.k. Not the best, not the worst. We all tried the clam chowder to compare it to The Skipper’s clam chowder. Verdict? The Skipper’s is a lot better. .. more flavorful and thicker. Some people prefer a thinner chowder, but I really like a rich, thick chowder. The Skipper FTW so far.
