The Loop, Chicago

Saw this on State Street back in May. I think I’ve since seen one on North Ave. Beach, but haven’t noticed many others.

What the city needs is solar-powered Traffic Management personnel. That way no one would have to interact with any of those incredibly rude and useless people.

    What?

There are actually over 50 in Chicago. Many of the neighborhoods have purchased them and are very happy with them and the Parks and Recreation has 25 along the beaches. They hold 5 times as much as a regular trash receptacle reducing the collections by over 75% and the emissions associated with those garbage trucks and the trash is totally enclosed so the trash does not overflow and litter Chicago.

I have seen this one. We live nearby it.
