		<description>I know they can&#039;t close the Paulina stop, but it seems like they could start building stuff over there that doesn&#039;t close the station or block the track. I think I&#039;ve seen a few guys up by the tracks doing something, but I don&#039;t know what.</description>

		<description>They are probably just staging equipment and materials for the other stations currently being worked on. The work won&#039;t begin at Paulina until Addison and Southport are completed since the CTA promised not to close two adjacent stations at the same time.</description>
