I took this photo for one of my photography class assignments. The goal was to capture motion and show motion, not still it. I think after my class is done I’ll post photos from all of my assignments and recap the class.

if known, could you also possibly describe what techniques you used - such as f-stops, etc.? would be very helpful to us others trying to improve our photography!: )
