A Note on Design

You’ll notice the site looks a little different since Friday. I’ve been trying out a few different things to get the site finally working properly again. You see, I do listen when you tell me every other day that you tried to comment and it didn’t work! Commenting should be back and all my posts back to 2001 should be present. Things may still change slightly as I go along, but things should be working now. Let me know if they’re not.

    Yes, I’m sure my Six Apart friends will kill me. .. but Dreamhost was saying that it was the MT scripts causing all the 500 errors and that it was too much of a load on their server. And I’d run out of the time or energy to figure it all out in MT and just wanted my site to work. And it is now. Our friend Josh @ Dreamhost is also testing my site out on a virtual private server which is causing some funkiness this morning, but should be resolved shortly. I’m just glad the site is/is going to work now.

    Thanks, Maura. Josh said everything should be back to normal now.. there was just some dns-related issues with moving servers, but all should be good now. Yay!

    Hey I use nothing but wordpress (for the most part)! It’s good stuff! I just knew you had peoples in the MT camp
