
A while ago, I ordered a turkey breast off of Peapod thinking it was just going to be a great big chicken breast, but really it was like a turkey body without wings or legs. We didn’t really know how to cook it and it sat in the freezer for a while. Finally, this weekend, we made it. Just rubbed it up with seasonings and roasted it breast side down. Then Dallas made a glaze that he basted the turkey with for the last half hour.
