Chicago River, The Loop, Chicago
In the fall and winter it’s dark when I leave work. Not that I like that it’s dark when I leave work but I find the walk along the river to the train much more soothing and enjoyable at night. Maybe it’s because I see less people or I notice the river more or the reflections of the lights, I’m not sure.

The river IS really nice at night. I’m not really sure why there’s such a stark difference, either. It goes beyond the fact that I dislike too much sun, really. Nice shots!

Wow, what lovely pics. You know Rachel, I’ve always thought that Chicago & San Francisco were the two best cities in the US….and it’s pics like this that affirms it.
