A friend of mine invited us over for an early Thanksgiving dinner…she is going to be out of town.
She made Brussel sprouts (which I am not found of), and they were out of this world. The recipe came from the Barefoot Contessa in Paris cookbook. Anything cooked in bacon fat is going to taste good!
Never be afraid to try new thing!
BTW, thanks for the great recipe. I am going to have to give it a try.
