



When I was a kid I never ever ate squash. Ew! But I realized the other day in the produce department that a lot of people I know love acorn squash and that I was unsure whether, as a kid, I hated squash or if I just hated the idea of squash. Hi Rachelle,
You can also cover the squash up with tin foil and that keeps it from drying out also. I just made a butternut squash last night and it worked like a charm!
