		<description>we can only  have a gas grill on the deck attached to the apartment. this grill does convert to charcoal too, though, in case we want to do it that way. down on the common patio area we can have charcoal.. you can see 2 webers in the second photo, if you look really close.</description>

		<description>I realize it does get rather chilly out there in the wintertime, but if you strategically put your grill in a good spot on the deck (barring snowdrifts and the like), you could do some grilling during the cold months. Just a thought.</description>
