    Yes, it’s another anonymous condo being built in the city over the last 10+ years. Is this a picture of Lake View, Ukranian Village, Bucktown, Roscoe Village… It’s an unfortunate homogonizing trend happening throughout the city. People keep buying them.

    y: i know the point you’re making and have heard it 1,000 times, i agree to a certain point.. but having some housing there is better than the empty lot filled with garbage and beer bottles that used to be there.

    Solid agreement that a building is better than the empty, garbage-strewn vacant lots. I just wish the developers would allow for some creativity by architects instead of just maximizing the sellable square footage. Having more people in the city is good. Having better architecture would be a bonus.
