Upon seeing this, I can’t help but recall The Sneeze’s “treebrain” intrigue from last fall.

i’m so out of the loop. i just found out about gnarls barkley and i have no clue what ‘mushaboom’ is.
that mushroom is scary as hell, though. absolutely frightening.

It seems to be a polyporus squamosus, and it’s supposed to be edible.
