I had to chuckle because we had this same thing when I was a little kid. .. you know.. back when ketchup came in a glass bottle and it was impossible to get the ketchup out of it.

We had those when I lived in Austria in the early 80s. We also had this strawberry sherbert that came in a similar, but strawberry-shaped container. You popped the top off and spooned out the sherbert. That was good stuff.
