Village Discount Outlet, Roscoe Village, Chicago

I’d seen Village Discount Outlet before, but I’d never been inside so while I was spending time in Roscoe Village dogsitting, I decided to check it out. It’s crazy in there! Packed full of stuff and everyone is loading up boxes and carts at a manic pace. I didn’t brave any of the clothes aisles, but I had fun checking out some books. The selection wasn’t that great, but I managed to get 2 paperbacks, 3 hardcovers, and a decorative wooden plate for only $4.09.

The dude in the Harley jacket looks like a mannequin!

I’m willing to bet that that jacket doesn’t say Harley.

Just want to say that I am very impressed with the Chicago Street Writing project. Great concept and execution!
