Clinton Station, West Loop, Chicago
Before I saw this placard in Clinton Station I never really thought about who the station was named after. DeWitt Clinton, a mayor of NYC and a governor of NY state. Who knew?

As long as we are on the subject of railroads Rachelle did you see they are starting work on the grand plan to turn the High Line into an elevated pedestrian mall/walkway? Someday you’ll visit there and say “When I was first on this thing…”.
This is the same Clinton that the neighborhood called Clinton (aka, Hell’s Kitchen) is named for in New York City.
