Grilled Shrimp, Adobo Grill, Wicker Park, Chicago
…because when Dallas wins then we get to go out for dinner! Last night we went to Adobo Grill. I had the chipotle marinated grilled shrimp with a black bean gordita, chile morita cream salsa and poblano rice. Dallas had some kind of crazy seafood casserole/stew that was the special that night. Both were really good, as well as the tuna merinated in chileagua with avocado, jicama, and watercress cerviche we had for an appitizer. Dessert was tempting, but we passed.

Completely unfair. I was already hungry before I came here. The moment I saw the picture I was compelled to immediately leave for lunch. Except that I got a slice of pizza that had nothing decorative on it. I had no idea such things could be done to a radish. That is a radish, isn’t it?
