When the weather gets warm, the ice rink at Rockefeller Center becomes a bar, aptly named Rink Bar. This is where we went out my last night in the city. It seemed really appropriate to be sitting there with friends, below the city, sipping cocktails into the warm night.
was it touristy? because it seems like it would be.
I went there before the Keane concert at Radio City this summer. It was a nice place and the margaritas were great but kinda pricy. I had a good time though.
i think on the weekdays it draws a lot of the after-work crowd bc of all the offices around. at least that’s what i heard. but there are a lot of tourists and it’s kind of expensive. still, it was a fitting end to the trip.. and the drinks and food were both very good.
