  where is this? maybe you frequent there a lot and they just know you. how else would you explain it? did you spell it for them?

  My given name is Trisha, but the only people who use it are my parents when they’re angry. I always use “Trish” and end up with some very creative variations which are similar to “Trish” only in that they contain the “short i” sound.

  I once had a magazine come to the house addressed to “Disha Tiddle.” Hand to God.
