Their southside location has a very industrial feel to it. Although they have seating, it's stone picnic benches. Quite uncomfy, but quite good custard. When I was pregnant with Evan, we lived about 1.5 blocks from the northside Storeheims. I'm PRETTY sure that might have had something to do with the 45lbs I put on during my pregnancy. I suppose it has to do with location on the busiest road. Remember walking to Culver's with me and eating chocolate eclare custard on the walk back? YUM. I'd say that was my favorite ever.
