Kopp's reminds me of a custard chain in Green Bay by the name of Storeheims(sp). Their southside location has a very industrial feel to it. Although they have seating, it's stone picnic benches. Quite uncomfy, but quite good custard.

When I was pregnant with Evan, we lived about 1.5 blocks from the northside Storeheims. I'm PRETTY sure that might have had something to do with the 45lbs I put on during my pregnancy. But at least we walked there!!!!!!

Kopp's in Brookfield has a dine-in area - which is bigger than it's outside area. I suppose it has to do with location on the busiest road.

Remember walking to Culver's with me and eating chocolate eclare custard on the walk back? YUM. I'd say that was my favorite ever. Bits of donut in custard. The best of both worlds.

Ben and Jerry's and Hagen Daz does have egg yolks in their Ice Creams, but they both also have seperate products labeled as Frozen Custard that contain both egg whites and yolks.

Are the data for that graph available?

Even though they're marketed as ice creams, Ben and Jerry's and Haagen Dazs products are also frozen custards, as they are made by heating egg yolks with sugar and milk.

I ate at Murf's for lunch yesterday. Their flavor of the day was Lemon Meringue Pie.
