The Packers Family Night scrimmage is a fun way to enjoy Lambeau Field for pretty cheap (tickets sold out in a couple hours but if you got them they were only $8). There was no score in the game, it was more just for practice for the teams. And just to be in Lambeau Field.. there’s nothing else like it.

Ella and I stopped to see Lambeau last Sunday on the way to where we went rafting. We got there late evening, so all we could do was see the outside. We did stop for dinner at Brett Favre’s Steakhouse, too…

Woah! This is awesome. At the same time you went to Lambeau, we were just getting down from the high of going to Bills training camp in Rochester, NY. Probably 2 days prior to the scrimmage Mason got JP Losman’s autograph. The Rochester papers painted a pretty bright picture of the Bills performance in Lambeau.

You got to see the future AFC champions in action ;)

Yep. St. John Fisher. They moved the camp there in 2000 after 20 years in Fredonia NY.

I’m long gone from Rochester and Monroe County but somewhere I did hear the Bills training at St John Fisher, not too far away from my hallowed alma mater, Pittsford-Mendon High School!
