Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Shrimp Dip
Whenever I get the chance to bake, I do. Because I love to bake, but it’s hard to do for one person. So I like to bake for parties or when having parties or whatever. For Dallas’ weekend BBQ I baked this pineapple upside down cake. I also made a couple dozen cookies.
And then I remembered this shrimp dip that Nancy and I used to make. We used to like it so much we’d like make it then eat it for dinner… but I hadn’t made it in about 5 years or so, so I made that too. It’s really simple - a layer of cream cheese, a layer of cocktail sauce, a layer of shrimp. Let the dipping begin.

ah memories… now i’m craving shrimp dip. yum!
