Paul Revere Masonic Temple, Sheridan Park, Chicago

How much do you think this huge house with this huge lot on the corner of Wilson & Ashland is going for? I tried to look up the history online but didn’t find much. I did discover that it’s a landmark. .. and that Zoned R3 must mean residential. From the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois

Ravenswood Club Building
(Paul Revere Masonic Temple)
1521 West Wilson Avenue

Designated a preliminary Chicago landmark on October 7, 2004, the building is for sale by the Masonic chapter which has occupied it since 1920. It was built in 1899 (it also has a 1902 addition) as a family social and civic club. Today, it is one of the oldest surviving club buildings in the city. Zoning would permit residential re-use.
