About a month ago only the foundation was built on this condo. A week before that it was only a hole in the ground.

I’ve been watching this building get built, and I can’t figure out what it’ll look like when it’s done. For a long time I thought it was going to be a single-family home, but I don’t think so anymore. What’s really interesting to me is that the 1st floor seems to go up a foot or two, halfway back into the building. Any idea what it’ll look like when it’s done?
And, yet, another way-overpriced piece of real estate in our wonderful city! I still am wondering what people do to afford living in the city….cripes, I have no idea how I afford it! LOL.

james, I’m not sure what you mean about the first floor. I took another look today.. it hink that part on top of the first floor in the front is going to be a patio. not sure. at least it looks a little different from the other new condos on the block.
