This weekend Josh & Tweeny got married at the Cocoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC. People flew in from all over. It was great to see old friends and to make and meet new ones. The museum and the wedding was kind of formal, but Josh & Tweeny managed to make it fun and funny at the same time. In their vows Josh, who is about 6′5″, promised Tweeny, who is about 5′0″, to always reach things off the top shelf for her. Tweeny vowed to always protect Josh from carbonated beverages. The food was excellent, the museum was beautiful, the band was fun. Great time.

Also, even though the trip was short I was really glad to be able to have Kelly & Jeff meet up with all of us for lunch before the wedding.

And I’m still messing around with using the night setting in lowly lit, party atmospheres. I think I need the shutter to be just a little faster.
